It is recommended to preheat your hat, and cover the patch with a 3mm silicone hat pad when pressing
Application instructions for the following colors (those with HA on the color swatch image)
silver carbon fiber
gold carbon fiber
black engraves red
rainbow engraves black
dark teal engraves black
Remove paper backing, secure patch on hat with heat tape if needed to keep in position, press for 10-12 seconds @ 220 degrees with medium pressure.
HEAT SETTINGS for JDS colors (rectangle with a stripe on color swatch images)
Remove paper backing, secure patch on hat with heat tape if needed to keep in position (these patches have a tacky surface under the paper backing to aid with placement as well)
Temperature: 270 degrees
Pressure: medium
Time: 10-12 seconds
Heat settings for all other colors (Lonestar adhesive)
Remove paper backing if needed (sometimes it is removed already), secure patch on hat with heat tape if needed to keep in position
Temperature: 280 degrees
Pressure: medium
Time: 45 seconds
