It is recommended to preheat your hat, and cover the patch with a 1 to 2 mm silicone hat pad when pressing
HEAT SETTINGS for tacky back patches (under paper backing)
Remove paper backing, these patches have a tacky surface under the paper backing to aid with placement
Temperature: 300 degrees
Pressure: medium
Time: 20 seconds
Heat settings for parches without a tacky back (may or may not have paper backing)
Remove paper backing if needed (sometimes it is removed already), if you need help getting it to stay in place DO NOT put heat tape over the print to avoid damage, after preheating the hat immediately press the patch to the warm hat and the adhesive will get tacky enough to hold it there
