To ensure the best print quality, all gang sheets are printed exactly as submitted.

• Minimum line thickness: 6pt
• DO NOT mirror your images (printer auto mirrors)
• Enter correct image dimensions when uploading
• Gang sheets are printed AS IS – no edits or adjustments are made after upload

🎨 Important Design Notes

• Semi-transparent pixels do NOT print well
  (Examples: glow effects, lightning, smoke, fading edges)
  → These may print dull, muddy, or not at all

UV DTF APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

For best results, apply to a clean, smooth, dry surface.

1. Clean the Surface
   • Wipe the application area with rubbing alcohol and allow it to dry completely.
   • Remove any dust, oils, fingerprints, or residue.

2. Position Your Decal
   • Place the UV DTF transfer exactly where you want it.
   • Once applied, it cannot be repositioned.

3. Apply Pressure
   • Firmly press the transfer onto the surface using your fingers, a squeegee, credit card, or similar tool.
   • Work from the center outward to remove any air bubbles.
   • Apply extra pressure around fine details and edges.

4. Remove the Carrier Film
   • Slowly peel the clear carrier film away at a sharp angle.
   • If any part of the design lifts, lay the film back down, press firmly again, and continue peeling slowly.

5. Final Press
   • Rub over the design once more after the carrier film is removed to ensure full adhesion.

Important Notes
• Hand wash only when applied to drinkware.
• Not recommended for dishwashers, microwaves, or high-heat exposure.
• Apply only to hard, smooth surfaces such as glass, metal, plastic, acrylic, coated wood, tumblers, mugs, and similar materials.
• Not intended for fabric or silicone surfaces.
• Allow 24 hours before heavy use or washing.
