MINIMUM QUANTITY 100 SQ FT

Use the green gang builder option to use our gang builder tool. After setting up your images, it will redirect you back to this page, you can then select the total sq ft matching your upload details, and add the necessary quantity to the cart.

Use the sq ft chart below to calculate how many sq ft you have total. minimum to purchase this bulk listing is 100 sq ft. IE 5 22x120" sheets, 100 11.5x12", 10 22.5x60, or any combination adding up to at least 100 sq ft. 

If you have your gang sheets already built, you can upload any size sheets, 22.5" on the short side by any length, adding up to a total of 100 sq ft. You can use the blue ready to print upload button to load them, or if you have trouble due to their large size you can email these files with your order number to puttinontheprintz@gmail.com, or share via google drive to chaniilove19@gmail.com. Order number must be included with submitted files.

You can mix images and sizes on each sheet. If you have some designs with thin lines (6pt minimum) we recommend keeping them separate so they can be printed with reduced choke for best results, especially if they are all white. 

Sheet size options:

Art must be high resolution (300DPI) and transparent (no background) and will be printed in the sizes set up in the image uploader/gang setup tool.

Designs must be fully opaque and cannot have semi-transparent/glow parts in the design. All line widths must be 6pts minimum. We do not proof gang sheet setups for line thickness, resolution or image quality, transparency, etc. They are printed AS IS. If you need editing, color changes, etc, use the single image order form and notate your requirements on the order note field

Dream Printz/ DTF Application Instructions

Dream Printz are a transfer type made using direct to garment printers/inks (real textile inks) which are applied to a clear transfer film. They have a white underbase so they can go on dark colors, and the adhesive to apply them works on full cotton and cotton/poly blended fabrics, like Plastisol screen print transfers. This makes them a very versatile print type that works on many different shirt options. They are very light weight with a soft feel, softer than low heat plastisol screen printz and comparable to high heat soft feel plastisol screen printz. 

The big plus side to dream printz is the color vibrancy, because they are digitally printed in rgb color profiles, they keep the colors very true to the design. Color accuracy can be a problem for screen prints because of the limits of CMYK color mixing, so this is a big bonus for dream printz.

Another up side to them is the printing process requires a lot less set up that screen printz, which allows them to be produced in small batches, even singles, without a huge setup investment in time and materials like screen printz require. 

Dream printz are very easy to apply.

Always pre press your shirt for 5 seconds to remove any moisture (this should be done with any kind of shirt transfer application)

Cover with copy paper or parchment paper to avoid static cling when the press opens pulling the adhesive up while too hot..

Press at 305-320 degrees for 8 seconds Med pressure

Set aside to cool for a moment. When cool to the touch, peel the clear transfer paper

Press again at 305-320 degrees for 8 seconds, with a parchment paper or teflon sheet covering the design for protection (you don't have to cool again before removing the covering on the repress)
